HISTORY :
Bela Catholic Parish is one of the most ancient parishes of the Diocese of Mangalore, located in Kasaragod District, about 50 km from Mangalore. It holds the distinction of being the oldest parish in Kasaragod. The faithful here cherish Konkani as their mother tongue.
At present, the parish comprises 17 wards and 479 families, united in faith and community life.
