MANGALORE, JULY 31: The second edition of the Pastoral Plan of the Diocese of Mangalore for the years 2024-2026 was launched by Most Rev. Dr. Peter Paul Saldanha, Bishop of Mangalore, along with Very Rev. Msgr Maxim L. Noronha, Vicar General, and Rev. Fr. Faustine L. Lobo, Coordinator of the Pastoral Plan at the Bishop’s House on July 31, 2024
Bishop commended the efforts of Rev. Fr Faustine Lobo in bringing out the second edition of the pastoral plan of the diocese of Mangalore with the support of the various secretaries of the pastoral Commissions and their executive committee members.
