On the pleasant eve of Sunday the 15th March 2015 the 10 women leagues of Moodbidri Deanery gathered together in the Corpus Christi Hall Moodbidri to celebrate their Decennial Celebration.
The Moodbidri Dean Rev. Fr Austin Peris presided over the function. Sr. Agnesia Frank, Fr. Rakesh (The Deanery Women Director), Mrs. Renita D’Souza (CODP Social worker), Mr. Andrew Noronha, varado ppp secretary and Vice President of Moodbidri PPP, and Mrs. Rita the secretary of PPP were the guests with the president and secretary of the women league deanery on the dais.
President Mrs. Agnes Saldanha welcomed the guests. Decennial report was read by the Secretary Mrs. Nancy. Prayer song and scripture were read by the members. Inauguration was done by the President.
Paladka league won the 2 first prizes for the vast service and more members’ attendance. Taccode league won the second price. Mementoes were distributed to the guests.
Vivid entertainment programs were performed by the vivid parish women. At 6.30 pm sharp the program ended. Mrs. Mable D’Costa compered the whole program.
