Mangaluru Mar. 15: Newly elected Mayor and deputy Mayor of MCC Mr Harinath and Ms Sumitra Kariya met the bishop at Bishop’s house and sought his blessings.
The Bishop while congratulating both advised them to work for the entire cìty corporation by solving the water scarcity problems,to make use of 2nd dam water from Thumby, maintaining good roads, pavements and cleanliness.
Msgr Denis Prabhu and Fr William Menezes PRO, Mr Asraf former Mayor and Mr Naveen D’Souza Corporator were present.
