Bishop of Mangalore Most Rev. Dr Peter Paul Saldanha inaugurates Centenary memorial Logo at St Lawrence Church Bondel
Sunday July 24, 2022: Bishop of Mangalore Most Rev. Dr Peter Paul Saldanha during his Pastrol Visit inaugurated centenary memorial Logo at St Lawrence Church Bondel today after the mass at 9.30 am. Bishop unveiled the centenary celebration logo.

St Lawrence Church, Bondel which was established in April 10, 1923 .
The meaning of the centenary logo which was inaugurated : the red strip symbolizes St Lawrence Bondel which was established 1923 -2023 message of Centenary celebration.
St Lawrence image In the center symbolizes agriculture, farming was the main occupation of our seniors & elderly parishioners from whom the parish is getting Strong in Faith, and it has progressed during this centenary year

ಶತಮಾನದ ಹೊಸ್ತಿಲಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಬೋಂದೆಲಿನ ಸಂತ ಲಾರೆನ್ಸ್ ಚರ್ಚ್ ಇದರ ಶತಾಬ್ದಿ ವರ್ಷದ ಲೋಗೋ ಅನಾವರಣ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ 24.07.22 ರಂದು ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಧರ್ಮಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ .ಅ. ವಂ. ಡಾ. ಪೀಟರ್ ಪಾವ್ಲ್ ಸಲ್ಡಾನ್ಹಾ ತಮ್ಮ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಚರ್ಚ್ ಭೇಟಿಯ ವೇಳೆ ಈ ಲೋಗೊ ಅನಾವರಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು.
1923 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಆರಂಭಗೊಂಡ ಇಗರ್ಜಿಯು 2023ರಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವದ ಶತಮಾನೋತ್ಸವ ಆಚರಿಸಲಿದೆ. ಸಂತ ಲಾರೆನ್ಸರನ್ನು ಕೇಂದ್ರವಾಗಿ ಉಳ್ಳ ಈ ಲೋಗೊದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿರಿಯರ ಕೈ ಹಿಡಿದ ಕೃಷಿಕ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯ ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬ ಮೂಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ದೇವರ ಮೇಲಿನ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಮತ್ತು ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಬೆಳೆದು ಬಂದ ಚರ್ಚ್ ಈಗ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಪಥದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
