Mangalore Nov. 10, 2017: Most Rev. Dr Lawrence Mukkuzhy the Episcopal Advisor of Karnataka Charismatic Service Team inaugurated the three days leaders training programme by lighting the candle at St Anthony’s Jeppu. The Bishop in his address said that the leadership is a call from Jesus Christ. Jesus has called chosen people to follow him and to bear witness to Him. It is a responsibility but also a privilege. He called on the participants to bear witness to Jesus through an exemplary life.
Fr Jose Vettiankal the Director of ‘Logos’ Bangalore, Fr George Karamayil the Director of Fatima Retreat Centre Patna, Fr Franklin D’Souza the Director of Catholic Charismatic Renewal Services, Shimoga Diocese were the resource persons. Fr Onil D’Souza the Director of Saint Anthony’s Ashram Jeppu, Brother Michael Noronha the Chairman of Karnataka Regionsal Service Team (K.R.S.T.) Brother Arun Lobo the Chariman of Mangalore Service Team(M.S.T.) were present on the occasion. Three hundred delegates from fourteen Dioceses of Karnataka participated in the training programme.
Fr Melwyn D’Souza the Director M.S.T. welcomed the gathering. Brother Simon Rodrigues vice Chairman of K.R.S.T. proposed the vote of thanks.
