Mangaluru 4 August: Mangalore diocese pastoral Commission secretaries meeting was held at Pastoral Institute Bajjodi presided over by Most Rev Dr Aloysius Paul D Souza Bishop of Mangalore on Thursday 3 August.
Fr Peter D Souza Director of Pastoral Institute and coordinator of Pastoral Commissions welcomed the gathering and initiated the dynamics of the meeting. Commission secretaries presented their report, clarifications were sought and at the end Bishop gave his remarks.
Bishop in his message appreciated the work of all the commissions and requested to involve in the diocesan Pastoral Plan so that we can reap better results.Systematic work of Commission Secretaries with proper assessment of activities and collaboration with other commissions and DPP enable us to reach out to the grass root level, the parish.
Fr Paul Sebastian DSouza Asst Director of Pastoral Institute led the prayer.
