Aug. 30: Shri Vedavyasa Kamath MLA Mangalore South visited the Bishop house and felicitated the new bishop on 30 August. The Apostolic Administrator Most Rev Dr Aloysius Paul D Souza invited the MLA for the Episcopal Ordination which will be held on 15 September at Rosario Cathedral. Shri Kamath promised his full support for the programme and to the new bishop. It was a most informal gathering and the new bishop requested the leaders to extend their full support to Mangalore diocese.
