Mar 4 : Most Rev Dr Peter Paul Saldanha , Bishop of Mangalore Diocese anointed 16 candidates with the Sacrament of Confirmation at St Francis Xavier Church, Saverapura, Murkoth Palke on 3rd March 2021. Parish Priest Fr Prem Prakash Cutinha, Fr Rakesh Mathias, Fr Maxim D Souza , Deacon Joyan and other priests concelebrated the mass.
The Bishop conducted Catechism for Confirmation Candidates prior to mass.
As this year has been dedicated to St Joseph, various competitions like drawing, poetry , story writing on St Joseph were organised for parishioners and winners received prizes from the Bishop.
Parish Priest Fr Prem thanked the Bishop , catechism teachers and all those who worked hard for the success of the programme.
