Sept 19, 2016: The Centenary Celebration of the Fatima Apparitions is taking place from May 13, 2016 to October 13, 2017 all over the world.
As a part of the celebration the Statue of Lady of Fatima came to Corpus Christi Church today Monday 19th September 2016 at 6.00 p.m. from Gantalkatte Church. A motorcade of cars, bikes & scooters with flags accompanied Our Lady of Fatima. Around 200 Gantalkatte parishioners with their Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Yesudas handed over the statue of “Fatima” to the Moodbidri Parish. She will be honoured in the parish for 2 days and leave on Wednesday 21st September at 4.30 p.m. to Hospet Church.
The service starts at 9.30 a.m. and ends with Holy mass at 5.00 p.m. on 20th and 21st September.
Parishoners are requested to come and honour Mary as the Ward Schedules.
