Dec 3, 2015 : Feast celebrated at Saverapura Church in honour of the Patron St. Francis Xavier. Msgr. Denis Moras Prabhu – Vicar General of Diocese of Mangalore was the main celebrant of the festal mass whereas concelebrants were Rev. Fr. Austin Paris, Dean – Moodbidri Deanery; Rev. Fr. Basil Vas, Rev. Fr. Norbert Lobo, Rev. Franklin DSouza, Rev. Fr. Eugene D’Silva and Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Rakesh Mathias. After the mass, foundation stone for the presbytery blessed by Bishop of Mangalore in June this year was taken in a procession and laid on the foundation by Msgr. Denis Moras Prabhu in the presence of large number of faithful of the parish. The celebrations were kept simple on account of the Silver Jubilee of the Parish next year.
