Mangaluru: Dec.3: Catholic Board of Education organised a Seminar on Minority Rights for all the heads of the Institutions on 3rd December 2015 at Pastoral Institute Bajjodi.
The seminar was inaugurated by Most Rev. Dr Aloysius P. D’Souza. Supreme Court advocate Sr Tressa Paul was the resource person.
